BACKGROUND STORY
Julianne Elise Norton is the heiress to the Norton Enterprises, one of the biggest company there is in London, covering a lot of industries. As someone who studied finance, she very much enjoys running the company. On the contrary, the Goddess of Fortune isn't really doing her great deeds for Lee Nam-Il, the sole heir to run the family tycoon, which he never wished to be born in.
Yet, The Deity really knows how to meddle in people's life. It was the Summer in 1984 in Melbourne when Nam-Il met Julianne for the first time, which changed his life completely.
It was a long way and no golden ticket to be with each other but after four years, Julianne finally got to marry Nam-Il. Not long after, Nam-Il decided to merge both of the companies due to the fact that he was never interested in the family business and wanted to be an Ambassador of Korea in Indonesia, which is why he merged the companies so that his wife could take over both.
In 1995, their long-awaited daughter named Adelaide Laisha Lee was born in Melbourne, Victoria. She has an older brother, Afton Riordan Lee. She got her name from the place of honeymoon where she was made. Growing up, her family has moved around so many times. From Melbourne to Bali and briefly in Seoul. She now stays in Melbourne for good. Her mother just goes back and forth between Jakarta-Bali-Melbourne while her father stays mostly in Jakarta.
Following her mother's footsteps, Adelaide decided to study finance. Along the way during her studies, she started doing part-time jobs as a photographer. It started small and she was only helping her friend launch her own brand but a lot of people then started to contact her to actually hire her as a photographer professionally. The pay was pretty adequate and it is something she actually liked. Long story short, she graduated and decided to work as a photographer before the time comes where she had to help her mother run the family business.
